The historic port of Fowey and the world-famous Eden Project are within easy reach. An ideal base for exploring, Green Acres sits close to St Austell Bay and the secluded beaches at Polkerris and Par. Commanding spectacular views across the beautiful South Cornwall countryside from its elevated setting, this small cluster of country cottages overlooks picturesque Cornish villages. It's the perfect base to explore Penpillick, Nr Fowey and the wider area of South Cornwall.

"We stayed here for three nights whilst we went to a family wedding. Everything was absolute quality - the grounds, the cottages and the furnishings. In the well equipped kitchen there was everything down to first aid kit, torch and dishwasher tablets. Close to St Austell and the Eden Project."

"Nicely appointed cottage with great views and grounds. Swimming pool is a great added bonus, a great location for Eden. Beaches and Cornwall in general. More comfatable sofa bed is needed and an EV charging point would be useful."
"I stayed here recently for 4 days with my partner and our 3 little girls and it was absolutely beautiful. The view is amazing and the cottage is just so lovely and cosy. The indoor pool is so good especially for the kids. Will definitely recommend to family and friends. Can't wait to come back, hopefully next year 🤞🏻🙂x"
"We have just returned from a lovely holiday at Easter with two children (2 and 7). The house was perfect for us, with a great view over the valley. The location is good a base to the explore Cornwall. The children loved the pool, even with the rain we still had the pool to ourselves most of the time. My only criticism is they need to open up the toilet next to the pool, it was rather annoying to have to quickly get the kids back to the house when they inevitably needed to go. Please consider getting the toilet open again ASAP as it would make a huge difference to young families. Overall great place to stay, we will be returning next year."
"My partner and I have just spent 4 nights in VIP cottage no 6 at Green Acres. The cottage was very well equipped and location was very peaceful with stunning views of rolling hills of Cornwall. There are small beaches a couple of miles away and Charlestown harbour is also very close with a few nice pubs and tea rooms although you do need to travel a bit further for the really big beaches and resorts. The hot hub and swimming pool on site were a fantastic bonus and made our stay all the more relaxing! Overall we had a lovely time and we would be happy to recommend to friends and family. Our only negative is the beds in the cottage were very uncomfortable and mattresses need replacing. We both had trouble sleeping the first night and had to place the spare duvets on mattress and sleep on top of these to make bed more comfortable and get decent night's sleep."
