Explore the beautiful bounty that Cornwall has to offer with a stay at Clowance Estate, located between St Ives and Falmouth. Enjoy a relaxed dining experience in the restaurant and bar, which overlooks the magnificent views of the main lawn, lake and woodlands. The estate features on site facilities such as a 4 acre boating lake, indoor heated pool, private golf course, gym with spa and sauna as well as outdoor tennis, badminton and basketball courts. It's the perfect base to explore Praze-An-Beeble Nr. Camborne and the wider area of South Cornwall.

Fin Lodge
Spacious two storey lodge with scenic views. Ground floor: One large twin. Spacious lounge/kitchen/dining area. Bathroom with spa bath. Utility room with tumble dryer and washing machine. First floor: One spacious double and one twin, both with TV. Bath with overhead shower. Separate sauna.

Baltic Lodge
Two storey detached luxury peaceful lodge in a countryside location. Ground floor: One spacious twin. Bath with overhead shower. Spacious open plan lounge/kitchen/dining area with doors leading to decking and patio areas at the rear of the lodge, with outdoor hot tub, garden furniture and views of the golf course. Freezer. Washer/dryer. First floor: One spacious double with ensuite spa bath and one twin. Shower and sauna.

Clowance Lodge
Luxury modern two storey lodge. Ground floor: One double. Wet room. Lounge/kitchen/dining area with doors leading to decking area and patio areas at the rear of the lodge, with outdoor hot tub, garden furniture and views of the golf course. Freezer. First floor: One double with ensuite bath with overhead shower and one twin. Additional shower.

Park Collection
Clowance Estate’s finest. A stunning and super luxury two storey lodge. Ground floor: One double or one twin (please check when booking) with ensuite bath and separate shower. Light and airy open plan lounge/dining area and fully equipped kitchen including fridge/freezer and dishwasher. French doors leading to spacious decking with outdoor hot tub and garden furniture. First floor: One master king size double with ensuite bath and separate shower, balcony with stunning views of the golf course and one twin with ensuite shower. Stylish and contemporary décor throughout.

Golf View 1 Apartment
Ground, first or second floor apartment with one double or one twin. Bath with overhead shower. Open plan lounge/kitchen/dining area.

A-frame lodge with one double with ensuite bath, one twin and two 2’ 6" singles on mezzanine. Shower room with sauna. Open plan lounge/kitchen/dining area with access to a raised decking area and doors to a patio at the rear of the lodge. Freezer. Utility room with washer/dryer.
