The magical Broads’ waterways encompass numerous nature reserves, scenic gems and picturesque villages, while nearby historic Norwich and vibrant Great Yarmouth offer superb days out. Brundall holds a special place in Broads’ life, famous as a boat building centre but also hosting two railway stations, excellent amenities and fantastic restaurants and great pubs. A private quay headed marina completes the picture. The emphasis is on kicking back and just going with the flow in these newly refurbished cottages – each boasts a living room overlooking the tranquil water. Refurbished in 2015. Stylish and contemporary two storey cottage. Ground floor: Open plan lounge/kitchen/dining area. Additional sleeping for two in the lounge area. Decking and garden furniture at front with walk way leading to rear patio with outdoor hot tub and garden furniture. First floor: One double with balcony. Bath with overhead shower.

Refurbished in 2015. Stylish and contemporary two storey cottage. Ground floor: Open plan lounge/kitchen/dining area. One double. Bath with overhead shower. Fully refurbished for 2017. Premium cottage boasting fantastic, panoramic views of the river, marina and surrounding landscape, with its own river front garden and spacious hot tub terrace. Ground floor: Attractively furnished with an open plan, modern feel, to provide ultimate comfort, for the perfect Broads holiday experience. Open plan kitchen/lounge/dining area, very comfortable for up to 5 people. Fully equipped kitchen with large fridge/freezer and coffee machine. Stunning, southern and western views. Smart TV, video streaming, bluetooth radio/speaker and dimmable lighting throughout to really set the mood. Spacious bathroom with a luxurious walk-in shower and ‘his and hers’ wash basins. One master king size double with French doors leading to the hot tub terrace overlooking the river. First floor: Small balcony to enjoy an elevated view of the river. One double with another small balcony boasting picturesque views of the river and one single with views over the marina and the river. Spacious neatly screened terrace with a large outdoor hot tub and an alfresco dining area. The small, enclosed garden is adjacent to the river, enjoying the sunshine all day long. A great place to watch the boats and wildlife float by.
