"Great place for a family holiday in Scotland. Facilities are clean and well maintained. Campsite is right on the river tay which is great for the kids to have a dook in the water as well as a bit of fly fishing on a permit. The location is in walking distance to Aberfeldy which as some great shops and places to eat."

"Very disappointing campsite. I was called on the day to say the caravan pitch was changing from where it was originally located which was beside our two other tent pitches due to electrical issues. I asked how far away they would be now, and I got a cheeky remark from the women stating it was still within the campsite! Unnecessary cheeky comment especially considering I wasn’t being awkward. Annoyingly upon turning up we noticed that other caravans were pitched up next to where the 3rd member of our party should have been. Additionally when we went to pitch on our newly located pitch, it wasn’t even able to take the awning that we booked on for. The place isn’t self isn’t too bad on the eye however the lack of staff, welcome and overall care of the place is severely disappointing. There was one toilet / shower to service around 39 caravan & camping pitches. As the block contains both the shower / toilet together, you will be waiting a long time to get access. They are also very dated and badly built. The shower panel had exposed screws sticking through the plastic for example. For £76 per tenting pitch for two nights I would say it’s incredibly expensive considering our tent pitch flooded (no warning from the staff to try pitch further back from the location stones) and also that you then have to pay more for the electricity. I personally wouldn’t care so much about the cost If the service and facilities were better"

"This 1980's site is way over priced. The facilities are out dated, not cleaned enough and don't actually work. We paid £50 a night for a pitch and the site wanted payment in full, in advance. To service over 30 pitches, there was only one nearby toilet and a dirty, dated shower. To access the toilet, it was coded and the code access did not often work - so you could not even use it. The only thing going for this site, was it's location, as it is close to Loch Tay and a lovely village - Aberfeldy. The staff were never seen whilst I was there all weekend and some pitches were extremely close to each other and I feel this is a fire risk. Other sites insist on 6ft apart for fire risks. We won't be back staying at this site. Plus you had to pay extra for electric hook up - even in top of the pitch price. To top it off the site is right beside a noisy water treatment site and the constant noise kept me awake. I was not warned about this when booking or upon arrival."

"Was staying at the top part or campsite furthest away from reception with a very small shower block (one shower/ toilet in a box with a dodgy lock )and dated Showers at reception were the oldschool push button and very hot with no adjustment and very dated, for the cost of pitch and facilities did not match. I personally did not have an electric pitch but was told price of pitch and that electric was not provided in price and has to be purchased separately. Only perk was a quick walk in to the village. Don't think I will be back"

"Absolutely amazing clean park. Toilet/shower block cleaned daily and park itself was very well maintained. Staff are very welcoming and helpful 😊 I can't wait for our next trip. Electricity top up app is a great idea and I set up before I arrived thanks to a very informative email. Highly recommend"
