"This is a beautiful place, overlooking the Loch. No driving on site after 10.30pm so lovely and quiet. My only concern, as an older visitor, was keeping belongings dry, whilst I showered and nowhere private to sit and dress - except a toilet compartment. Otherwise brilliant. Thank you."

"Stayed here in our van. Fantastic site with brilliant and extremely clean amenities. Staff were super friendly and welcoming. The location could not be better and Luss is an absolute gem. Easy walking distance to the village store, pub etc. Will definitely return."

"Great location. Quite a few midges. Not enough showers - had to wait for availability. Shower block needs doormats as got very muddy. Could also do with more maintenance as light bulbs out and lots of cobwebs. By the main road so not particularly quiet."

"Loved our 2 night stay in Luss on Loch Lomond. We had a pitch right on the Loch which was lovely. Ample room & check in was made really easy by the super friendly & helpful staff. Walking distance into the local village which is lovely & full of things to do. The camp site itself was also quiet after 10pm in terms of the other campers but it is situated on the back of a main road which is used by large goods vehicle throughout the night for transporting goods. This made the campsite very noisy in terms of road traffic 24 hours a day & this is the only reason I’ve not rated it 5 stars. Spectacular views of the Loch but the noise doesn’t quite match the picturesque setting. Midgy flies are also a major problem here during the summer months so bring lots of repellent, fly head nets & bug zappers or you’ll be eaten alive. We’ll definitely be returning at some point in the future. 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿"

"Nicely situated on the west coast of Loch Lomond. Stunning views of and easy access to the Loch. I remember awesome sunsets from staying at the east coast a few years back, the laws of nature would suggest you can expect sunrises here - but I wasn't awake early enough to confirm. A few downers, that could easily be improved: 1. The cut grass stays in place. Helps the midge population and gets tracked everywhere, especially the bath houses. 2. New arrivals block the entrance barrier. There is a decent size parking a few meters earlier, why not set up a signpost and make them stop there? 3. The shower temperature is not adjustable. There seems to be plenty of hot water at all times of the day, but the shower was simply too warm for me."
