"DEATH TRAP,be very careful hiring one these,55 quid a week for a bottle of gas just to warm lounge up,but defeats object as there as gaps in the old aluminium windows, full of damp etc,friend stayed here for while while awaiting rehousing,made here ill with the damp etc...HOW THE COUNCIL FIND THESE VANS SAFE IS BEYOND US,we own statics and believe me if any of ours was like this,1 we'd be taken to court and 2 the van removed off site as not fit to let out on long term....i gent i did no actually died in one these on brooms park due to him not affording the extortionate gas bottle price's the landlords conning,so was only useing his poor plants keep him warmish as can be,also has the £1metres for your electric,which again is another money making con,lucky if u get half hrs of electricity on those £1 metres....DEFINITELY NEEDS TO BE SOME SHARP IMPROVEMENTS MADE ESPECIALLY FOR THE RENT'S HE CHARGES TO..."
