"Just came back from Valley Farm, it was just so nice. Our caravan was very clean and in great location. All stuff was really nice, friendly and helpful. We felt more welcome than in Highfield Gringe down the road. Place is close to the sea front and walking distance to the Clacton Pier. We are dealing going back there instead of Highfield."

"Had a good time, the swimming pool is great the entertainment is also good, however people let this place down a lot. People being sick out side the clubhouse that is adjacent to the kids park, sanitary products in the park. The swings were also out of action, the fish and chips on site is diabolical, go to Skinner's fish and chips down the road. Great location for the beach ⛱️ and the kids entertainment is fab"

"We use park dean’s a lot and unfortunately this has to be the worst one so far. Got here looks nice caravan looked great. Our caravan was wheelchair friendly and had wet room etc. unfortunately the main bedroom wasn’t suitable for the hoist due to height of bed clearance from the floor. We had to impervious and that’s when we found how the cleaning isn’t done properly. Next is the wet room smells stale and damp. Blasted it with half a can of detol spray thought we had cured it but nope it came back soon after. Next was the size of next room was designed for small kids so unable to sleep in there. The lounge was dirty and the sofas were very stained. We then noticed that one of the windows had been forced open and damaged frame. This wasn’t fresh had been done a while. So couldn’t fully close it so left caravan venerable to anyone wanting to get in. Unfortunately needed to leave windows undone due to the smell. My last complaint was 2 pints off soft drink costing £9 something and when got glasses wasn’t a pint glass and not full either. Previous night got drinks in a pint glass but not full wasn’t worth paying the 50p extra has you didn’t get anymore. The bar staff were rude and blunt. The venue wasn’t full so can’t blame that. In the past at other park Dean resorts we had lots of fun and found the service was great. This was a massive let down. We had to clear the table before we sat down as did many others. The tables were dirty and sticky. Chairs were ripped. Unfortunately will not be coming back to valley farm will be going back to highfields in the future."

"Stay here as a family. The static caravan was ok as was new to park but not clean. The site itself needs alot if improvement. The decking around restaurant is falling apart with just warning signs over holes and the rest is very loose. The inside entertainment lounge is grim, filthy and sinks. The restaurant food is actually good however the lack of staff is awful. The wait for food is always long even if restaurant is empty, the bar is always stacked deep with dirty glasses. I even got served gin and lemonade in a dirty pint glass because they said they didn't have a clean glass! The pools are lovely and there's a good play park. We have done lots of park dean holidays, this is one we would not return to!"

"Brought a sausage sandwich. £4.79 absolute joke. Cannot believe it, bread that feels like it's been left out. Dry sausages and not even buttered the bread. I will not be eating at the restaurant again. For that price. Entertainment was spot on with breakfast with the crew the lady KC was really good and made my little boy feel so special he really enjoyed himself. I'd give a 5 star ⭐ for the entertainment but for the breakfast zero ⭐ absolute joke price and food quality. To think I'm here for another 6 nights"
