Refurbished for 2017 to a luxurious standard, spacious two storey farmhouse. Ground floor: Two separate lounges, one with wood burner. Open plan kitchen/diner. Flat screen TV, DVD/CD, games console, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Large utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. Shower room. Garden with outdoor hot tub. First floor: One master super king size double with ensuite bath with overhead shower, one king size double, one double and two twin. Additional bath with overhead shower and separate shower. Double glazed and centrally heated. No pets.

"We stayed here in our campervan for a few days. The staff were so informative and friendly. The site is dog friendly . There is an outdoor swimming pool which is lovely on warmer days. But it does need an overhaul. All bathroom facilities are dreadful both in the swimming pool area and on the campsite. There are not enough toilets and showers. The doors dont lock properly. They are not cleaned very often and are always running out of toilet roll. The walk up the field from the pitches way too long. Especially at 2am when it's dark and there is no lighting anywhere. I couldn't work out why all the hand soap in all the bathroom was watered down."
"The staff are lovely, very helpful and accommodating. The caravan was pristine! The whole site was clean beautiful and everything you could want, the ONLY downside was the launderette, not fully functional and a waste of money unfortunately, also no fresh eggs or bread left after the permanent residents had bought them all first thing in the morning, perhaps an ordering system would be useful, to prevent disappointment and a trip to the supermarket? Over all a lovely stay in a lovely place! We would definitely return."
"Lovely campsite with tons for kids to do. We stayed in the cosy cabins which were perfect for family, with some comforts such as a kettle, microwave and electricity. No fridge, but not a problem. The kids loved the playground and the pool. Animals and indoor play area also a nice touch. The site is nice and quiet, just the sound of birdsong. The fishing lakes were nice to stroll around too. Staff were friendly and the location is also excellent; a short drive from the beach and a supermarket (15mins), plus various attractions such as heligan gardens and eden project. We'll be back!"
"Stayed in a beautiful 3 bedroom caravan with hot tub. Very luxurious, warm, and cosy. Made for a great stay. Lovely seeing the geese and signets every morning outside. Beautiful surroundings and not too far from other areas. Only downside is limited phone signal, but free WiFi in the caravan. Receptionists weren't particularly friendly except the one who checked me in. Nice outdoor pool too. Please be aware, you cannot get Uber from here !"
"Lovely place to stay. It was very quiet and the views were beautiful. About 10 mins drive from St Austell so there are amenities nearby (which was a godsend as the kids kept asking for pizza). Good location for getting out to many of the attractions too."
"We have been staying at Meadow Lakes since our children were very young. The location is perfect for trips to beaches nearby, as well as popular holiday visits, but also has the benefit of having a swimming pool as an extra special facility & that has been the attraction for us and our children for years. We were thrilled to see it has been updated and was an excellent added bonus for our holiday this year."
