"Wasn’t a big fan of this site the roads are busy as the a14 so couldn’t let my kids play on there bikes without a adult about. The main bar for the site is too small without enough tables and chairs you have to turn up a hour before the evening entertainment. We was lucky with our pitch in the paddock but some of them are in a sorry state so I’d highly recommended getting into the paddock. Toilets and showers are good no complaint there."
"The site is well maintained but the far toilet block is a little tired and has parts falling off. The facilities are great and well maintained. Avoid eating at the restaurant as the quality of the food isn’t great and the service isn’t great. The service at the beach hut is very good though. The entertainment and staff are great and the site overall is well worth a stay."
"We recently stayed at Searles Holiday Park and were thoroughly impressed by the experience. The park exceeded our expectations in every aspect. Situated in a lovely location, there's plenty to do both within the park and in the surrounding area. One of the highlights of our stay was the outdoor pool. It was absolutely amazing, especially in good weather we had. There was no need to book in advance, and there were plenty of sun loungers available. The touring pitches were another standout feature. They were private and well-maintained, with hedges providing a nice sense of seclusion and separation from neighboring pitches. The only negative point I can mention is that the phone signal for us was very poor, we paid for the WiFi at £10 a week and this didn't work half the time. It didn't really matter as we were on holiday but if you really need WiFi it could be a problem. Overall, Searles Holiday Park provided a fantastic holiday experience. From the excellent facilities to the friendly atmosphere, we highly recommend it for anyone looking for a memorable and enjoyable stay."
"Have visited a couple of times and enjoyed both stays. Accommodation very clean and easy access to beach. Leisure facilities are great and toddler enjoyed evening entertainment. Would be great if bathrooms in leisure area were more family friendly - changing area for dads to change babies, toddler toilet seats, steps for sinks."
"Site was in a good location.The grounds were well kept but unfortunately the static caravan was grubby and dated with broken windows and no net curtains for privacy in the living area. I actually had to wash the bathroom floor before we used the bathroom ..The beds and sofa were uncomfortable you could feel the springs The fire didn't work but was fixed same day but the gas hob had a dodgy knob that caused the gas to leak out . I did report it but no-one checked it out. The outdoor pool was lovely but indoor pool was grubby . They were actually srubbing the sides of the pool with cleaning solution while I was swimming in it . People were feeding the ducks which encouraged the seagulls so very noisy. Maybe a polite notice not to feed the wildlife."
