Hengar Manor hosts two fabulous restaurants together with a lounge bar and relaxed café, while the woodland playground, well-stocked fishing lakes, 9-hole golf and tennis offer wonderful ways to kick back with the family. Perfect for exploring the whole county, the world-famous Eden Project, with superb summer theatre and cultural events, is only 20 miles; horse riding and superb golf are nearby. Hengar Cottages is part of our Daisy Door Cottage Style Collection, located at Hengar Manor Country Park where guests have full use of facilities. A lovingly restored cluster of cottages and an apartment centred around an elegant 17th century manor house just 20 minutes’ drive from North Cornwall’s magnificent surfing beaches. Enveloped by 35 acres of award-winning parkland, the cottages and an apartment have lost none of their original charm, lending a characterful twist to contemporary home-from-home living. Please see pg 50. Padstow, Port Isaac, Tintagel and Boscastle are within 15 miles, teeming with family attractions and activities. This is an enchanting coastline of golden sands, azure waters and picturesque fishing villages. It's the perfect base to explore St Tudy, Bodmin and the wider area of North Cornwall.
