"Loving it just came with my grandma never slept this good I'm ages beds 10/10 comfy defo would love in one of these🗣️💥"
"Pool was nice but a bit too cold for me , food was good drinks weren't too bad enjoyed the entertainment lovely water outdoor play area ad part fun holiday helpful staff"
"A one-star review really fits this caravan site. I was going to be generous and give two, but after spending 4 days at the site, I can't give more than one. Upon arrival our caravan was difficult to navigate to, with narrow roads filled with potholes in a baffling one-way system. The caravans are also very close together. Inside our caravan, we arrived to a very dirty sofa, covered in animal fur, crumbs and mud. There was a broken light bulb in the kitchen that probably won't be fixed by the site. Bedsheets had blood stains and the pillows are filled with scraps of memory foam. On our first night we discovered that the shower drain wasn't working properly, and would flood out of the shower onto the bathroom floor. It slowly drained away after hours. The shower head also had issues turning off at times. Apart from that, the caravan is well furnished with pots, cutlery and plates. The site itself is on the side of a dual carriage way and Is almost unaccessible if you don't drive. We had no issues with noise from traffic although we were waken at 6am on occasion morning to the sounds of gunshots and barking dogs. The entertainment was almost non-existent, with no activities at all except one bingo night in which tickets started at £10 to play. The price of the food is also astonishing, with a simple salad costing almost £15. We payed £10 for two small smirnoff ices and a water. The restaurant on-site was also confusing, with some signs stating that it opened at 12, others at 4 on the same day. Additionally, the ceiling inside the restaurant appeared to be left unfinished after some renovations. The shop on-site is pathetic, with barely anything to sell at hyperinflated prices. The reception for the pool and gym was also the site of this tiny shelf of a shop. The pool itself is tiny, cold and dirty. I went in the pool on two separate occasions and both times came out itching and red spots appearing all over my body. There is a jacuzzi inside the pool area, which is only accessible to 16+, despite kids entering numerable times. The gym on-site appeared to be nice, although it is 18+, with a requirement of a waiver to be signed as well as proof of ID and proof of residence, which seems a tad over the top considering most families stay for a week or so. The only entertainment for children despite the pool is a park, which wasn't bad. There is barely any activities on the site and serves as nothing better than nowhere to stay. This was supposed to be a low-budget stay for me and my family, however it was quickly revealed that most caravans on the site are holiday homes for well-off families that rarely visit the site. In my opinion, don't go here unless you want to waste your money on absolutely nothing. The only good thing about the site is that it's near the sea, yet the southport centre is nearly a 10 mile drive away. Never again."
"Lovely site..rooms obviously depends on booking our two platinum caravans differ dramatically but both are comfortable and clean. The site is excellent for children.. safe and welcoming with a good playground and splash zone. The food in the restaurant is tasty and the swimming pool small/medium but clean and well maintained"
"Stayed on touring pitch which was right on the river ,staff are amazing reception to man who showed us to are pitch . They even phoned the day before to make us aware of the heavy rain as pitch may be flooded . Facilities were spotless and everywhere was (emaculate )We had a meal in restaurant which was good. Lady with blonde hair waiting on was excellent I am aligic to pork and she checked everything was OK . We only stayed one night would have loved to stay longer"
"Fantastic Park, the site was very family friendly and kept clean. The amenities were as advertised and the caravan was in a very good condition and a pleasure to stay in. We enjoyed our visit so much we are going back in September. The only "disappointment" was we could not find the advertised swimming pool. Highly recommended***"
