12ft-wide caravan with one double and one twin. Additional sleeping for two in the lounge area. Electric panel heating in bedrooms. Gas fire in the lounge.

Teign
Well presented and spacious 12ft-wide caravan with one double and two twin. Shower. Double glazed and centrally heated throughout.

Fernworthy
Super 12ft-wide luxury caravan with one king size double with ensuite shower and one twin. Shower. Double glazed and centrally heated. Spacious open plan lounge/kitchen/dining area with a curve TV and French doors leading onto verandah with garden furniture and outdoor hot tub. Ideal for couples or families.

"Touring caravan super pitch. Very large paved and gravel pitch. Leveled. Even paved parking spot. Immaculate grounds. Plenty for families, couples or singles. Onside eateries. Pool. Play area. High Ropes. Animals to see. Super dog field! Great walks all around. Near to the main road so access to nearby Dawlish. Downside to this is it can be a bit noisy when busy. Electric is paid for on top of pitch cost. We paid £10 for Fri to Sun. Excellent site!!"
"Stayed on Oak Field touring pitches. What beautiful area. The pitches are clean and tidy, and everyone is so friendly to talk to. The facilities are always spotlessly clean. The restaurant has amazing food and everything is locally sourced. Can't wait to come back again."
"Was really nice break there clean toilets and showers entertainment was good for kids arcades are small and minimal in there. Only down fall was paid a lot of money for camping for 5 nights and to find out you have to pay for the gym and also pay for indoor swimming pool! With a big family works out expensive. Location is nice so can do lots around there area."
"I can’t comment on the caravans as we were in our Motorhome however the site is brilliant, outdoor pool and splash park fantastic. Kids entertainment lovely. My 10 year old loved the bike track. Views from our pitch were great and I was so impressed with the showers. A bath cubicle for my youngest ones was appreciated. Always spotless. Separate sink cubicles with sockets for straighteners etc. We toured around sites in Devon, Cornwall and Dorset and Cofton had the best showers and toilets. We wanted to go back to end our holiday but it was (rightly so) fully booked. We would definitely return 👍"
"What a lovely, well kept site. Numerous shower blocks always clean. Hair dryers, laundrette, dog wash. Everything was immaculate. Very well set out. Plenty to do for all. Staff were always helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Not a fan of big sites but this made me think again. We will be back! 10/10"
