A modern fitted kitchen with dishwasher and/or washing machine. Open plan lounge area with patio doors and picture window to make the most of the stunning views and dining area with six high backed chairs. Large decking area with garden furniture and outdoor hot tub.

Superb manor house with countryside views. Ground floor: Kitchen, dining and living area. Additional lounge with wood burner. Utility room. Conservatory. Shower. First floor: One master double and two doubles, each with adjoining single bedroom. Bath. Private driveway. Garden with patio furniture and outdoor hot tub. No pets.

"A beautiful holiday park, with a great selection of lodges to hire or purchase. Set out in a brilliant location about 2 miles from Bala town. Everything spotlessly clean and well maintained."
"Nice peaceful tranquil area. Lodges are lovely, clean and well equipped. We had a pet lodge with a hot tub which was lovely to go in on a cold day. Bala town is only 10 15 minutes away in the car. You could have a food delivery if you do wish. But no takeaway deliveries, we did look."
"I've just returned from a long weekend away with friends and the lodge was fantastic! The lodge was super clean, had all the necessities and was both child, and dog friendly. The veranda was a great addition and the hot tub gave excellent views. The addition of gates on the veranda was also greatly appreciated to avoid any escaping toddlers or dogs! Would definitely recommend and would stay again if visiting the area. The large sized park allowed great spaces to walk the dog and the addition of the duck pond is a great feature. There was a wealth of wildlife on the park also which kept everyone 'oohing' and 'ahhing' whilst roaming around. The only downside was the 9am check out, even if it was rolled back to 10am it would avoid mass rush in the morning to get the keys to reception."
"Stayed here for a long bank holiday weekend, we managed to check in early which is always a great start. The lodge was very clean and everything that we needed throughout our stay. The hot tub was clean and checked daily by staff. The only downside for us was how cramped the site was, everyone could see you relaxing and you could see everyone else. Previous sites I have been to have higher barriers/frosted glass but sadly this one did not so felt a bit on show when in the hot tub with a wine. Other than that amazing location only a mile from the lake and great great service!"
"Just came home from this holiday park .. the cabins are really nice ,clean, and spacious. A Hot tub on the decking which is checked every day by the staff .. The site is well kept ,clean, and tidy. There is a games room and a cafe on site but not much else..there is WiFi but you have to pay extra for it . its a nice and relaxing atmosphere and just a short drive to bala .."
