"Small gestures made an excellent experience, and has set this site well above others we have stayed at e.g - welcome pack of tea/coffee/biscuits etc. Beds made up on arrival, oven gloves/tea cloths etc. Staff were ALL very friendly at all times - particularly towards our daughter who has learning difficulties.
